Tom
Tom’s first foray into furniture was studying for a foundation in furniture design at Pratt Institute, New York in 2020. On returning to UK he moved to Devon with his wife, Laura, and began woodworking under the instruction of master craftsman Nick Kary. He is currently developing his design and making skills over a year-long course at Williams & Cleal in Somerset.
Away from the workshop, Tom works in digital strategy and product design.
Poncho
Three-quarters springer and one-quarter vizsla, Poncho is a Devon boy born and bred. His role on the committee is mainly advisory, though he does hold full voting rights. He’s especially interested in work-life balance and committee morale, where he inevitably takes the lead.
